Very large Upholstered Ottoman / Coffee Table – Custom Made 150 x 100 cm originally: £2500

A substantial, custom-made upholstered ottoman in a taupe-grey pinstripe fabric. Extremely solid and heavy (approx. 40kg), built to last and versatile enough to use as a coffee table, footstool, or statement seating bench.

Originally £2500. The ottoman is only 3 years old.

Dimensions: 150cm (L) x 100cm (W) x 46cm (H)

Construction: Tufted upholstery with button detail, dark wooden legs, very high-quality craftsmanship

•Condition: Used, with some marks and signs of wear as shown in the photos (including a frayed underside and a worn button). The fabric is forgiving and hides most imperfections, but please don’t expect it to be flawless. Could be reupholstered in the future if desired.

•Style: Modern classic, works in living rooms, bedrooms, or large hallways. Excellent as a central coffee table with a tray on top.

•New price: this is a custom-made piece that cost £2500 new.

This is a very large, heavy piece of furniture, so please make sure you measure your space carefully — it’s bigger than most ottomans you’ll find in shops.

Collection only from Northfields W5 4, near Northfield underground station with easy parking outside. The item is on the ground floor. Due to its weight and size, you’ll need at least two people to lifted, however, we can provide one of those people depending on the day.
This item can fit in the back of a Volvo XC 60 and similar cars, I know this as I have moved it in the past.

I would prefer that you came to pick it up yourself so that you can inspect the piece to make sure that you are happy with it, however, if you do send professionals to pick it up, make sure that you inspect all pictures in great detail.

I am only selling this piece as I have removed it from the living room to make space for some exercise equipment. Otherwise, I would’ve kept it as it is a beautiful and very high-quality peace.

We have two dogs and as such I have kept a blanket on top of this piece for almost the entirety of its life. To that end the fabric is largely in very good order; there is only one tiny stain as shown on one of the images and one of the button is damaged as shown.

The sides of the ottoman have a few very small stains as shown.

As you can see the dust sheet at the bottom has a hole in it, and I have stapled one of the sides with furniture staples, however this can easily be changed should you wish to do so, however it really isn’t needed as it cannot be seen when in situ.

This is a beautiful piece for any discerning home.

The price does not reflect the quality and workmanship of this item at all, you will find it far exceeding anything sold at this price in the shops, even taking into account its current condition.
