Mindcentury / Vintage Retro Modular Armchair Set of 3 - J. Cinnamon - Teak/Wool
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
£200
Description
Here we have for sale rare modular set of 3 vintage / retro / midcentury armchairs from renowned London chair maker J. Cinammon.
The teak frames are thick and solid, condition very good for the age - as shown on the photos - not requiring much of attention ( subject of personal preference).
The upholstery is woolen, beautiful intense red/orange colour - typical for the era.
Its condition is reasonably good - can be used as is (we have), but as you can imagine, after quite a few decades it is a bit tired. The foam inside is crumbing the support provision to the body, to the upholstery's shape is limited.
The upholstery on armchairs number 2 and 3 is intact (original, undamaged), the chair 1 has small repaired fabric rip on the top of the back rest and a stain underneath it - please see the photos.
The support for the upholstery (plastic mesh material) is in great condition and does not showing any signs of use / need for replacement. Tie-down metal brace complete on all 3 with all fixings present.
This rare modular set would certainly shine in themed interior or could provide unique means for upholstery project.
Now stored in dry space, wrapped up in stretch film.
Sold as seen - please study the photos ask any questions to be well informed of what are you buying.
Happy to assist loading although not heavy individually.
Courier possible - arranged by you at your expense.
Please note it is being advertised elsewhere.
