Description
vintage cottage suite, must be 50-60 years old, consequently no fire certificate as it was made
before the regulations (so I understand). Structure good but fabric need replacing. Probably costly
to have someone re-upholster, but would be of more value. Quite heavy, probably need two people to lift.
