This is sold as spares or repair!
No sure if 55 or 3.5 but been working fine for years id put new capacitor and new engine mounts .
While it was running it stopped i noticed the pulley had broken reordered a none Honda pulley as in picture used same for years.
Engine turns over by hand great ,but I struggled with the pulley some as I pull on it it seems to open its shot out flangs to grab the shaft but fails,I found a sweet spot once where it was pulling ok .
Anyway its beyond me you can buy those Honda's with out the frames and save a lot of money.
I can't answer any more questions because I only know what I've told you so either buy a spare or a project ! 110 & 250volts.
