Print and frame are in great condition
Measuring- 75cm wide and 60cm tall, 3cm depth
Titled "The Temple Bar". Oil and watercolour painter. Studied at the Grosvenor School of Modern Art, Royal Academy Schools and in Paris. His pictures were mainly of marine subjects and they were reproduced in many publications, including Royal Academy Illustrated, Illustrated London News, Sketch and Tatler.
