TREE TOPS TREE HOUSE, SWINGS AND CLIMBING FRAME

We have had this climbing frame tree house from Tree Tops for approx 8 years now. I researched extensively to find one that would provide great play opportunities and that I love to look at! Its made from treated timber from sustainable sources. It is designed to resemble a hand built tree house and its not lost its charm. My 2 boys have now grown out of it but they continued to play in it till their early teens. We bought the kit from TreeTops and it was assembled by 2 handymen. It has remained sturdy and strong. A couple of trusses require new bolts as they have dropped out from heavy swinging but these are readily available. Infact you could change all the bolts while you rebuilt it if you wanted to.

I have jet washed the treehouse to clean it and I would suggest that you give it a good sanding when you get it home.

There is raised tree house with viewing platform beside it accessed by a ladder, There is an open space next to the ladder that we have always left open but for safety purposes you might choose to add an extra rail or a climbing net. Children must be supervised on the equipment.

Ground anchors should be used to secure the base and these will need to be sourced separately. I admit that we never did this but it is recommended.

The treehouse comes with 3 swings, one baby swing, one child swing, and a tyre swing. You can move these around and change to 2 standard swings if that suits you better. It has a lower level platform below the tree house that younger children have always hung out on. The tree house has a hatch in the floor that is pulled open with a rope and a rope ladder drops down for extra play options.

Please note that the blue slide is a separate item and we are keeping this for another year or two for younger kids that visit our home.

I would suggest that you take the treehouse down so that you can mark up and number all the pieces in the way that will make it easier for you to reassemble. You are responsible for dismatling and for transporting the climbing frame.

I paid above £2000 for this and it was a huge investment. But this has been very well loved and enjoyed by the children during summer months. I am setting the price at £450 for a quick sale.
