ALSO HAS RECORD FROM GROVE CLASSICS CERTIFICATE WAS REGISTERED TO A PE COBNER OF GROVE RD PORTLAND ON 19 JUNE 1959
HISTORIC TAXATION SO FREE TO TAX AND NO MOT NEEDED
