You are a self-driven professional in the finance sector who is hungry to speed up your personal and/or professional development. Our coaching conversations will facilitate clearer, examined thinking from fresh perseptives, deeper self-honesty and awareness, focus, released energy and accelerated progress. We will work to 'move the needle' in the direction you want it to go in a safe environment where power and possibilities will be generated. In structured packages of between 4 to 6 sessions, our conversations are designed to boost your progress from frustration to flourishing, propelling you towards your goals.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am subject to, and embrace, their Code of Ethics in my practice. I trained professionally with Barefoot Coaching Ltd through their ICF Accredited Business and Personal Coaching Programme and my practice builds on nearly four decades of management and leadership experience as a chartered certified accountant, senior manager, governance professional, trustee and non-executive director in the financial services sector and elsewhere.

Having benefitted personally by being on the receiving end of it myself over the years, I am an utter believer in the power personal development coaching and its ability to help in building confidence, self-reliance and empowerment.
