Description
I am a professionally qualified coach ( ICF accredited) and a member of the Association for Coaching. My coaching approach is firmly based on the findings from studies in neuroscience, positive psychology and behavioural change techniques. My coaching business has been built on a successful public sector career including senior executive and Board Level roles.
Clients I work with are often dealing with career change decisions, want to feel more confident at work or find the focus to move forward with personal life goals. I help clients to explore their values, harness their strengths and gain clarity about the best way to moved forward.
