Jem has a wealth of experience. From his time leading schools and MATs he is well placed to comment on all things in education. He was particularly helpful in reframing problems I had and helped me to see things from multiple points of view. What's more is that Jem will put you at ease, pick out your strengths to build your confidence and help you correct or improve upon blind spots that you didn't realise were holding you back.
