I'm here to give time back to leaders and founders who are serious about looking after their People but are already wearing too many hats and need someone to take this one off their head!
Whether you're a Founder or CEO that wants to level up - or even create their first - People strategy, or an existing HR team that needs someone with specialist skills for specific projects, my passion lies in cultivating great places to work to ultimately drive organisational success.
I've been in HR for over 15 years and have my own consultancy business, whilst also being a Managing Partner of the Brave-People franchise, with all of the associated resources and tools.
