What is my first step to decide if coaching is useful for me?
An introductory 30min “chemistry” session to explore what you want your goals to be and your current thinking. From that, we jointly determine an initial programme and timing.

How many sessions do I need?
Sometimes one session is enough. Typically, three to six sessions are appropriate. Sometimes follow-up quarterly or ad hoc sessions are useful for progressing long term goals. It’s up to you.

What should I expect from a coaching session?
Coaching sessions are one-on-one online and confidential to you. You should set aside 90 minutes for each and there are usually 2 weeks between sessions. Depending on the session discussion, you may have some optional post session takeaways to work through to help develop outcomes between sessions.

What fees are payable and when?
Introductory “chemistry” session: no charge
Per Coaching Session: from £150 (plus VAT) = £180
Option to purchase session by session or in blocks of 3 sessions.
