I have loved the sessions I have done with Taryn. I particularly found the hypnotherapy sessions very useful as they dealt with problems I faced in a very unique way I had not experienced before. Her nature and the rapport she builds with her clients is also excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

Honestly I cannot recommend Taryn enough, I literally tell all of my friends and family to go to her simply because of how amazing she is! I initially started therapy with Taryn back in March 2024 as I had a fear of choking, which soon disappeared after a Time Line Therapy session which allowed me to understand where this fear of death came from. Since then I’ve continued to work with her working through many of my wounds and getting advice and guidance with everyday life. When I first started working with her I didn’t know what to expect but now I cannot imagine my life without her, I honestly will continue to see her until the day that she retires (even after that I’ll be messaging her) simply because she is just amazing at what she does and she loves doing it as well which you can really feel during each session! She’s very intuitive with her guidance which I love and works very well with me and my belief system. She cares deeply as well and I feel this every time I meet with her. I have friends who go to therapy but their therapists do not even compare to Taryn, she goes above and beyond and it shows. I am forever grateful that she reached out to me when I signed up on Bark and honestly from the bottom of my heart the best decision I ever made was going ahead and choosing her to be my therapist. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me and for helping me step into the highest version of myself🫶🏼

I went to see Taryn because I had developed a terrible fear of flying during Covid. I would experience a variety of panic attacks, anxiety, clammy hands, and hyperventilating and that would just be at the thought of booking a flight. I had a few sessions, where we spoke about my fear and how I came about the realisation of the root cause of my fear. Following this we did some anchoring work and lastly some hypnotherapy. After only a couple of sessions, I became a lot more comfortable with the thought of flying again and by the end, I had booked my first flight in over 3 years. Since then I have flown twice and it has been an incredible experience where I feel I have completely overcome my fear of flying. I feel so comfortable, relaxed, and happy to be flying and it is worlds away from where I was before seeing Taryn. I can't thank her enough for her help over the few weeks I saw her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to overcome a fear of any kind.
