I'm Rae Saleem — and I don’t just talk about resilience.
I am the message.

8 years ago, I was 120kg (nearly 260lbs), borderline diabetic, facing heart issues, and struggling with my health.
I started getting fit. Turning things around.

Then life hit hard — literally.

A serious accident left me with brain damage and paralysed from the neck down with a Spinal Cord Injury (C3/C4). No feeling. No movement. No guarantee I’d ever move much, let alone walk again.

Fast forward:
✅ I learned to walk again.
✅ Completed the London Marathon and London's Ultra Marathon 55km.
✅ Raised thousands for causes including the WheelPower, Spinal Research, NHS Charities, Medical Aid Palestine, and Comic Relief.
✅ Spoke on stages across the UK — from boardrooms to national events.
✅ Won Comic Relief’s inaugural Lenny Award — featured on national TV.
✅ Interviewed on BBC Breakfast as NHS Patient representative for the NHS 75th birthday celebrations
✅ Coached professionals and leaders through burnout, change, and comeback.

This isn’t just a career — it’s my calling.
