Leadership Confidant. Not a life coach, not here to teach you leadership. I am here to help you along the way, finding your own style, and creating your own ways of being effective. I know you've got what it takes, and I also know you can do this on your own, but it is so much easier with someone by your side.
I have experience in high performance environments (Exeter Chiefs and England rugby). I own a leadership development business. I have 4 young children.
I have a degree in psychology and organisational psychology, as well as an honorary masters in sport and exercise science.
Most importantly, this is a passion and not a means to an end, if you need to level up in areas of life, I know how to get you there, not just through knowledge, but experience and passion.
