Description
I didn't feel like I fit the mould for counselling when I was looking for help myself. I struggled to find a counsellor who could relate to my circumstances. So I knew that when the time was right I would provide this service to those in a similar position.
If you're unsure what counselling/therapy will work for you, I hope to simplify the process and offer you a judgement free place to find your own path. I am qualified in CBT therapy which offers a more action focussed approach rather than just talking. I've also walked the walk with years of life experience in addiction and sobriety.
