Without a doubt Mike’s treatments and advice on lifestyle changes and exercise have enabled me to take my Fibromyalgua as a minor inconvenience in my life now rather a negative devastating blow. As we get older we have to pay more attention to our bodies and deal with issues that arise. Mike has a wealth of experience and a genuine healing hand and kind heart. I am so glad that he was there when I needed the specific advice and his positive knowledge and perspective of my problems. He does not however avoid the real crux of the problem as facing those facts head on is usually part of getting yourself better.

Mike’s approach to holistic wellbeing is unique and effective. The workshop I attended helped me to clearly set my intentions for my new business of writing mindfulness material for parents and schools and to overcome the doubts I was having. The materials given to support further at home are invaluable and have become the back bone of my business action plan for 2018. At the end of the workshop Mike offered integrative therapy to all participants- it was simply amazing and significantly improved lower back pain I’d been experiencing for a few months. I will definitely be booking in for the one to one sessions and any further workshops.
