Description
My view on coaching is predicated by the belief that no-one knows their own problems and goals as intimately as they do themselves, but that they also know the tools, strengths and ability they have at their own disposal from which they can move forwards in a direction they wish. My role as a coach is to add value by helping people take ownership and responsibility for their problem solving and their goals.
I have a varied background, coming from 10 years working offshore and travelling to setting up a global recruitment company. My company (Precise consultants) has been going for over ten years and whilst we are operating in a niche, we are the largest company globally doing what we are doing. I've built a team to support this journey, many of whom have been with me for 5 years plus. My journey is now focused on coaching and using those skills to help me move my career forward in a new direction.
