I was initially sceptical around a local firm, having worked in corporate life with multinational agencies but I needn't have worried. Mark's knowledge of what works best, advice, experience guided me through a process that resulted in a logo and two word strapline that the whole team likes and expresses what we do very well, and that was a tough brief for a new concept in a crowded market. Good value for money and just the right light touch communications and feedback wise. Would recommend.
