How the business runs

I supply milk and a wide range of dairy products and run the business on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday from late afternoon to evening.

The business is run from my home and i collect my produce from a reputable dairy farm before each delivery so there is no need for storage spaces or fridges.

I use up to date accounting software to aid with delivery & accounting.

I deliver my produce in my Mitsubishi L200 which is in excellent working order.

Expansion

I currently run the business at approximately 50% capacity which presents a significant opportunity for expansion by adding more customers, increasing delivery days or adding additional products. While i deliver to two particular postcodes in Leeds, there is always scope to expand the delivery area.
