Description
This is solar powered light that can be used inside your house or inside your garden shed. It is ideal for places where a light source is required but there is no mains electricity available or would be hard to install a light source.
This solar light is powered by 3xAA rechargeable batteries and these are in turn recharged by a small solar panel which connects to the solar light. It also has a remote control which works by infrared to switch on the solar light so provided the solar light and remote have no objects in front you can mount the solar light on a wall and switch on the light from afar without using the manual switch on the solar light.
All you need to do is make sure the solar panel is in a place where it will get direct sunlight and will not be shaded by any objects such as trees. Simply put it on your shed wall and where there is a good amount of direct sunlight all day and it will do it's job. It will even work behind clear and clean glass.
I have personally tested this light and to me it comfortably lights a 8ft by 6ft shed and a small single sized room enough to see what you are doing and if you are looking for an item.
The solar light and solar panel, with a 1.7 meter cable, can be mounted and comes with screws too. It also comes with a remote control and a bracket to wall mount it too and to hold it in and it also comes with an instruction manual.
Also has a screw on plug so you can detach the solar panel and use the solar light elsewhere just using the power of the batteries until they become low.
Please know that I have had these solar lights for some time now so I don't know whether the 3xAA rechargeable batteries still work now! The remote control takes 2xAAA sized batteries and I think they may have lost charge too. But in the case they don't work the AA rechargeable and AAA batteries wouldn't cost that much to buy new anyway.
