I am a Member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists and have held a Diploma in Swedish Full Body Massage since 2014. I am insured with the Guilds insurers.
The service you is one of relaxation rather than sports or deep tissue. The massage you would receive from me is in the style of a Lomi Lomi massage. This involves free-form instinctive techniques to open energy pathways and release tension. The massage is performed with long, rhythmic, and sweeping strokes using the hands and forearms and is designed to provide a truly relaxing massage experience.
There are no set sequences or format and therefore no two massages are ever identical. The goal is to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.
I am mainly mobile and come to you with a massage table, towels and massage oil but you can come to me if you prefer.
