Description
A great bed sheet for better sleep and improved health. Earthing sheets, by connecting you to the earth's natural electrical charge, are proposed to offer benefits such as improved sleep quality, reduced inflammation and pain, lower stress levels, and a more regulated nervous system. Grounding is believed to help calm the body's "fight-or-flight" response, promoting a "rest-and-digest" state, which aids in better sleep and overall well-being, although more research is needed to fully validate these claims. See 'Sleep Earthed' for more details. I bought this from Sleep Earth when I was on my travels - but now that I'm back and sleeping on a big double it doesn't fit anymore. This was tailored made to fit my camping mattress but it should fit most single beds - especially good for children who struggle to sleep.
