Brand new and never installed. My ceiling is a bit too low to support it and went on holiday before I could take it back. This needs to be fitted by a pro if you don't know how. Fans box isnt perfect, but the fan lights itself is perfectly brand new. Willing to deliver nearby to Boscombe. £30
