Description
I had this Sanicompact fitted in an en-suite that I was renovating. As it was next to my bedroom and my neighbour’s bedroom found it too noise. Also I’m not mad about the look of it. I therefore got a plumber to replace it with an ordinary toilet with a Saniflo macerator behind it. My builders had to place some wood chip board around it to bring it up to the level of my bedroom floor. Hence the mastic marks at the bottom. I found out later that these need to be fixed on to the floor so that they can be slid forward.
I haven’t as yet moved fully into the property and this was only used by me when the downstairs bathroom was being installed. It’s practically new and I paid over £600 for it.
I had the space to put in a standard toilet but if you only have limited space( under the stairs for example) this might be the perfect option for you.
