Description
UPVC/ frosted glass double glazed door with sidelights and fanlight panel above.
The previous house occupants installed this as an internal secondary door and we have removed it to open up the hall space. It is in good condition with no cracks or defects to the glass. The lock barrel will need replacing as we no longer have the key.
Door in itself measures: 81 x 31.5 inches 205 x 81cms
Door inside frame with fanlight above 101 x 36 inches 256 x 90 cms height
Total gap width including the sidelights 64 inches 162 cms width
The builder removed most of the trims intact. Our doorway is padded with wooden sides so the flat fascias were damaged as they were glued to the wood but these are cheap and easy to replace.
There is some mastic around the edge of the frame where it was fixed into the doorway but this should come off.
The door in its frame and the fanlights all came out separately for easier carriage
