Description
This is a useful tool for not only watching your weight but a help to monitor your health. Once you put in your age, gender, and height, you can measure the percentage body fat, % muscle and % body water your BMI Index. It has a user memory as well. The booklet gives many useful tips for healthy living and how you should track your readings. It doesn't take up much space as it is very thin as you can see in one of the photos.
We are leaving the country and already have one just like this at the other place.
