Can also be used for decorative food presentation.
It has a wooden handle and a Stainless Steel peeler.
Inox is short for inoxydable which means Stainless Steel in French

This belonged to my late elderly Great Aunt who trained and qualified as a cordon bleu cook.
It is in a Very Good, Clean, Used Condition.
