2 matching Victorian 4 panel doors in very good condition.
Fitting service available.
Waxed finish,original steel hinges and original rim sash locks (no keys)
Please note: these doors are larger than a modern standard 30x78" (762x1981mm) door so will suit a house with slightly larger door openings or where new frames or walls are required.
Door#1 810x2015mm currently 'left handed'
Door#2 815x2010mm currently 'right handed'
All joints are sound and the hinge-side edge can be re-trimmed to reverse the hinge side if required.
These are high quality period doors with the profiles cut and mitred into the rails and stiles (not pinned on) with traditional wedged mortice and tenon construction.
Supplied with - original robust 3 inch steel hinges (can be easily cleaned up with wire wool or replaced)
- original rim sash locks (one needs repairing) without keys or knobs
Some minor blemishes from pin holes of coat hooks and face plates by the handles easily restored with wax.
