IDEAL FOR BENCH TOP MEASURING OF CURTAIN OR SUIT MATERIALS SOLD BY THE YARD OR METRE IT IS A GOOD QUALITY RABONE CHESTERMAN No 1322 Counter Measure it is in very good condition, I don’t think it as ever been used,it has been in my possession for more than forty years and never been used.
There are 4 drilled and countersunk holes to take holding down screws.
