G-DEC stands for Guitar Digital Entertainment Center.
It's a speaker amp for your guitar, connect your guitar's jack plug and be amplified normally with gain, tone and volume controlls.
Or you can choose one of several different sounds of classic amps and add reverb.
Add a backing loop with 15 different rhythm/bass loops in accompaniment and choose your key!
Plug your computer in through the midi input and play along with a midi composition.
Plug in your phone/CD/Mp3 into the AUX 3.5mm jack to play/listen to your stored tracks from them.
Great as a practice amp too.
Practice in silence using the headphone socket, because it cuts off the speaker.
