Constructive Feedback I selected this company for a small job despite it being slightly more expensive than others, as I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism did not meet expectations. The individual arrived 20 minutes late without offering any apology. During the task, it appeared they were listening to a podcast, which impacted their focus and efficiency. I was hoping for a swift process & indeed assisted myself to help speed the process. This job, previously completed in under 40 minutes by another provider, took significantly longer, resulting in unexpected delays. While I value supporting local and less experienced companies, I was disappointed with the service delivered on this occasion.
