Nice condition Lean-too conservatory in white UPVC, double glazed and all units sealed and in good condition.
The OUTSDE measures 4350 mm long and 3000 mm deep, the side window measurements are 2050 long, so a brick wall or timber frame and cladding would have to be built.
The 6 number double glazed roof panels are in nice condition and units all sealed condition.
The hight of the conservatory on the front in 2200 mm high and the back is 2600mm high, so a 400mm fall to the front.
Doors are sliding.
The buyer must remove themselves and we don't mind helping and buyer to remove from site.
It's a bargain not to be missed and a great DIY project.
Also available one set of opening upvc French door and side lights all one from 2940mm wide and 2060 high.
