We had our wedding in August of last year and Nia was brilliant. She brought everything we wanted to light. Couldn't have done it without her. She went above and beyond for us.

we hired beautiful touches for our prom decorations and she did not disappoint!! Communication throughout the whole process was amazing, she was very sweet and understanding especially given our tight budget!!! Although i was not there to meet her in person, the girls i worked on prom with said she was very kind and funny. So, overall service was perfect. The decorations that they did were beautiful and came out exactly how we envisioned it!! I would highly recommend booking with beautiful touches if you wanted a place to be decorated exactly as you planned!! we cannot express how great of a job she did!!

We hired this business for an event and paid £647 for professional balloon décor, including 25 table balloon arrangements and LED lighting in an agreed colour scheme. Unfortunately, the service delivered fell significantly below what was contracted and expected. The supplier arrived late, none of the table balloons were completed to an acceptable standard (we agreed on 25, they completed 5 2 inch sized balloons), several balloons were collapsing or falling over, and the venue was left with visible mess on the floor. The LED lighting provided was also not the agreed colour. In addition, the supplier attended with assistants who appeared to be children rather than trained professional staff, which raised concerns about professionalism and service quality. We have photographic evidence documenting the above and attempted to resolve the matter privately. However, the resolution offered did not reflect the level of non-delivery. Based on our experience, we would advise others to exercise caution and to not pay prior to the service being completed.
