Description
RRP £269.99 Strength Shop power sled. Item is in used condition, has the obvious scratches and cosmetic marks you'd expect with such an item but is fully functional and not damaged.
Poles can be used to push the sled and use like a prowler, or poles can be removed and the sled can be pulled using the harness which is provided. Can also attach a rope and do strongman rope pulls.
Ideal for conditioning, group workouts, strongman, crossfit etc. Can be made harder by adding weight plates or by increasing surface friction for example by pulling over grass.
