J-cup barbell rests with nylon liners to prevent barbell damage.
Sturdy 75mm x 75mm x 3mm steel frame with 10mm thick connection plates
West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout.
Durable PVC foot caps protect flooring from damage.
Grade 8.8 M16 bolts throughout.
Powder coated finish in black colour.
Suitable for use with a 7ft barbell.
