Has a very smooth action and height adjustable safety spotters
There are 29 lock out positions to give you a dynamic range from deadlift, all your bench press and shoulder press through to squats.
The Pulley system gives you a pec dec, lower pulley with foot brace for rows and a lat pull down. Comes with lat pulldown bar, tricep bar and and rope, close grip row bar.
It is stripped ready for collection and fits in a car easily with the seats down. Transport can be arranged within a 30 mile radius for a fee
