This Primal Performance Series Glute Ham Developer (GHD) is an essential machine for hamstring, glute, and posterior chain training. It's multi-adjustable for both length and height with quick-release pop pins, so lifters can adopt their perfect position easily and achieve maximum activation lower body muscle groups.
Engineered with 3mm commercial-grade steel and powder coated in a Matt Black finish, the Primal Performance Series GHD is built to withstand high-intensity use in busy gyms. It also features dual rip-resistant padding and durable upholstery. This specialist weight bench is designed with versatility in mind, featuring resistance band hooks, support handles on the footplate and adjustable pads which allow a wide range of exercise, such as Glute Ham Raises; Reverse Hypers; Back Raises; One Leg Glute Ham Raises; One Leg Back Raises; Side Bending Torso Rotations; Russian Twists; Power Band Supported Glute Ham Raises; Power Band Supported Back Raises.
This is being sold because we are downsizing and have no room for it in the new studio. Besides, it never gets used because the client base has very little demand for what this machine offers. As a result, it's been used maybe 20 times, so there is zero wear and tear.
Dimensions: 200 x 83 x 154. Weight 135 kg.
It'll need to be partially dismantled to get it out of the building as the doors are too narrow.
