The BLK BOX Reverse Hyper is a highly useful product used for training the lower back more safely than some other back exercises. Compatible with any BLK BOX Weight Plate, the Reverse Hyperextension doesn't overload or apply any vertical compression to the spine, and is also beneficial for strengthening and stretching the hamstrings, glutes and hips.
