For sale fully renovated 60's Style Ercol Windsor Oval / Circular Drop Leaf / Gate Leg Plank Dining Table. The table seats 4 to 6 people when fully opened. A lovely looking design combined with great practicality. Incredibly light and easy to move around, these classic vintage Ercol tables are perfect for small spaces. The beauty of this table is it's versatility due drop leaf sides. It can be folded to save space and then extended when required or if you have a big enough room, it can be opened fully at all times.

This iconic piece was designed by Lucian Ercolani and manufactured in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and is now back in fashion (keenly collected and highly regarded). Ercol furniture is synonymous with good design, quality materials and craftsmanship and is built for longevity. This is a real eye catching piece of vintage retro furniture which is no longer in production.

The oval top (light finish) is made from planks of nicely figured solid English elm with the grain across the length. It has two drop leaves. The leaves are supported by traditional pull out slides on the underside and feels very solid and sturdy when extended. The edges of table top are rounded over. The table is supported on square tapering beech legs set at a splayed angle.

This dining table has been professionally restored to its original condition and is being sold in as new condition. It has been striped of all old polish, any dents or scratches removed, re-stained (the table top) and re-polished (three coats of extra durable, water and heat resistant varnish) to a pristine condition. It is free of any damage, splits, repairs or wear to joints. Original Ercol label is still attached.
