Table is in good condition and measures 90cm x 90cm square , and extends to 125cm with 1 end extended , or 160cm with both extensions added
The 3 chairs are cream in colour and in very good condition . They are well padded , nothing is broken or sagging or loose. The faux leather is free from digs , scraps , splits or peeling
