Vintage Ercol Connoisseur Bureau Model 867 Golden Dawn Writing Desk Storage

This is a stunning bureau that would be a statement piece in any room of the home - it is ready for use. It is made to the highest quality by renowned British manufacturers Ercol. This can be used in any home office for a range of storage solutions. The front has a drop-down writing surface, with multiple pigeonholes and a small central drawer, ideal for storing stationery and correspondence. The lower section has two good sized drawers above two panelled doors that open to reveal a shelved cupboard, providing further storage space. It is made from solid elm and finished in 'Golden Dawn', the classic medium shade from Ercol, with a lovely grain throughout. There are some age-related marks and light scratches in places. Approximate measurements are 43” (109cm) tall, 38 ⅜” (97.5cm) wide and 17 ¾” (45cm) deep not including handles.
