Description
A truly unique bold and beautiful butterfly cabinet with slide out shelving. Sprayed in a custom mixed deep teal satin with a butterfly canvas applied to the door. I have left the original interior as it really is a work of art made by A. Gardner & Son - Glasgow. I have only edged the shelving with gold highlight to lift it a wee bit. I always like to retain some original features when I can to be enjoyed and appreciated especially when the craftsmanship is of this quality. This was a beautiful antique to begin with, however it was showing signs of wear so I didn't feel so bad about redesigning it. The cabinet was originally made to hold sheet music but I think it would be perfect for any crafter to store card and paper safely.
