Quantum 2+2 Kit Car

Description

This is the most unique car you could ever own in your life. Pure fun on wheels, some even say road legal go kart. This is the Quantum 2+2 (top spec) kit car. It was registered in the year 2001, but borrows most of its running gear from a mk2 XR2 fiesta. Though currently it is a bit of a frankenstein of all the best ford bits such as a 1.8L Zetec engine, fresh mk1 Mondeo brake master cylinder assembly, XR2 running gear and lots more.

It s been nothing but a brilliant car for the past couple years of my ownership and I have given it the best treatment I could, but I am now faced with a difficult financial decision and can’t spend any more time or money on it. This car will come with the history of service filled by me and lots of extra bits.

Car starts, runs, drives, idles, stops and mechanically everything on it works. It has 10 months MOT and has low tax and insurance.

Bad bits:
-Would keep an eye on the fuel lines in the engine bay area.
-Ideally replace the front left caliper as bleed nipple had to have been repaired. Had been running on the repaired one for over a year now and shows no sighns of failure even under heavy driving, but would be nice for a fresh one.
-Exhaust has a couple pinhole leaks
