INFORMATION AND CARE

The distressed look created by the dip-dye process may vary slightly on each rug. As with all handmade/bespoke items there may be a size tolerance of up to 5%. Each individual product may present slight variation in colour, aspect or dimension. Professional rug cleaning is always recommended. New rugs may have excess fibres that can be easily removed by vacuuming. However some continued fibre shedding is a normal characteristic. Loose threads should not be pulled but cut in line with the pile height. Vacuum regularly with the suction heads only avoid using beater heads and brushes as these could catch and lift the fibres causing bobbles and a felted appearance. Avoid exposure to liquid spillages and strong, direct sunlight, To air the carpet and avoid uneven wear, tear, fading and pressure marks rugs should be turned regularly.
