Description
The Dometic Origo 5100 is a "non-pressurized alcohol heater designed for use in vehicles or boats. It can be used as heater or as cooking device. The heater is made of aluminium and stainless steel and uses the absorption principle. The canister has a capacity of 1.2 litres. Denatured or soot free alcohol is used as fuel. Alcohol is absorbed into a non-flammable material in the canister." It is thus portable and self contained. It is very effective but has been little used since we bought it new. (Now selling new for around £200)
