I had a profound experience during my Theta Healing session with Laura. Theta Healing is a powerful technique for accessing and releasing deep-seated emotions and beliefs. I didn't anticipate going so deep in such a short time, but I guess the emotions were already near the surface. The intense feelings and exhaustion I experienced afterward were due to the deep emotions being brought up, leading to a sense of emotional release and purging. The significant shift I felt and the "purging" I experienced the next day indicate that the session had a strong impact on me. This kind of release can happen when old patterns or negative emotions are let go, leaving me feeling lighter and clearer. The following day, I felt drawn to a sound bath, and reading 'You can heal your life' again, So there has definitely been a shift. I have been happy dancing around my living room every day since. Thank you, Laura, for an amazing session!
