Description
I’m a gifted therapist. I’ve been helping others all of my working life. I am compassionate and intuitive. I have an innate ability to help you to connect with your own strengths and to bring your natural talents to the fore. I am a calm person who likes to help people to reconnect with their own inner sense of peace and life harmony. I achieve this in all of the therapies that I practise.
I specialises in stress busting and my life coaching skills help people to re-achieve balance and vitality within their lives, using mindfulness techniques. My counselling approach and holistic techniques have helped many local businesses deal with staff absence due to illness under the Health and Well-Being Agenda.
