Description

I help couples in conflict to fall in love again and transform their relationship. The work involves releasing debilitating patterns of behaviour and breaking the cyclical chains of heightened emotional responses such as frustration, anger, sadness and even grief.

I help empower both men and women to make different choices, make changes in communication which enables each person to feel heard, validated and let go of living life on a treadmill of others expectations.

Gillian took me through a very unique experience of first understanding my characteristics and then an NPL style technique where I was able to clear past trauma and emotions that had been stopping me my whole life. I feel so much lighter of heart, body, mind and spirit since and have been able to make great strides in my personal and professional life. I firmly believe without Gillian's natural ability as a gifted Therapist, I would never have been able to move as far and and as fast. I had spent years and loads of money on various other therapies, but this was by far the most effective. I cannot recommend Soul Journey more highly.
