1. Counselling Area Specialisms

I provide counselling online for adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem,
relationship issues, including poor communication, affairs and betrayals, narcissism, divorce,
premarital counselling, imposter syndrome, anger management, grief, OCD, phobias, self-harm,
scapegoating, overcoming limiting beliefs, PTSD, stress, people pleasing, mask wearing,
overworking, historic childhood trauma, abuse, managing conflict, not feeling good enough,
ADHD.

2. Executive Coaching Services
I provide coaching services to Executives to help them progress to the next level, to perform
more efficiently, to be more effective and realise their highest potential, addressing issues of
imposter syndrome, lack of confidence, communication skills, leadership and leveraging
stakeholder engagement.

3. How Can the Counselling I Provide Help You?
A key aspect of Emotional Therapeutic Counselling is the range of techniques and creative tools
that can be used to assist you to both recognise and release painful feelings in an appropriate
manner, through working in the area of your emotions.
Therapy always goes at a pace that you are most comfortable with and the number of sessions
necessary vary according to your specific needs.

4. Initial Consultation
There is always an initial consultation of 20-30 minutes, which is completely free.

5. This is because it is important for you to find a therapist you feel comfortable with and I offer
this initial consultation (20-30 minutes) so we can meet in person and you can ask any questions
you may have, to help you make the right choice for you.
6. Fees - Please ask for a quote at your initial consultation as each client case varies and needs different lengths of time and expertise.
